We are excited to tempt your taste-buds with the 2011 Summer Camp Menu! Our new menu includes many favorites from the past along with extra healthy choices, such as more fresh veggies, a wide variety of salads and casseroles, and fresh fruits. This new menu has been analyzed and adapted by Foodwize Nutrition Consulting LLC, and we have recieved a Seal of Accreditation for this summer.  With their assistance, we have added some new items to our menu, and we are looking forward to some snazzy food this summer. 

Our sources tell us that the GFC Dining Hall will be the place to be this summer. We'll see you there!
